Introduced in 1978 by Helmut Wolf in Germany (the name gives it away), this variety has passed the test of time, still gracing gardens across Europe to this day. We first spotted this variety in Holland some years ago and it was subsequently entered into the Wisley Trials by its Dutch breeder. A cactus dahlia, it is notable for it's extremely fine petals.
