Historical daffodil, raised pre-1898 and widely grown for the cut-flower trade during that century. Now somewhat rarer but 'White Lady' retains the vigour and elegance which made her so popular then. The pristine white petals are slightly inwards facing, the cup pale lemon, and the whole delicately perfumed. Flowering in April at 18" (45cm).

We grew this variety for the first time last season and loved its subtle colouring. The flowers are light rose-pink, fading to cream at the edges - a colour combination which works well alongside tulip 'La Belle Epoque' and pale yellow wallflowers.
