We first encountered this stunning tulip in Holland back in 2015, long before it was commercially available. We are delighted to have stock for this season. The outsides of the petals are the very palest silver-lilac imaginable but open to reveal a more complex inner, with deeper, painterly tones of lilac suffusing from a violet-blue base and near-black anthers. Contrasting dark stems complete the picture. Flowering from late April at 16" (40cm).
