The hardy, mid-height varieties of ornithogalum make a lovely addition to the border, with their elegant spires of tiered white flowers. This newer hybrid was introduced into our range several years ago as a replaceent for ornithogalum magnum, which is no longer being grown on a commercial scale but which we still have in smaller quantities from time to time.
