Description

Tuberous perennial noted for its small but vivid, true-blue flowers in summer and autumn. Grow in a warm, sheltered spot in sun or part shade, in well-drained soil. The tubers are best planted en-masse for impact and can either be left in situ over winter with a deep protective mulch or, in colder areas, lifted and stored frost free.
