Not all dahlias slot neatly into existing classifications - this one can't decide if it wants to be a single orchid or a collarette. Small wonder it ended up with the name 'Fancy Pants'. In any case, it's a pretty little introduction, well worth a place in the border, where it will hold it's pink & white flowery head high on strong, dark stems.
