Many of the bulbs we grow are available ‘dried off’ at the appropriate time of year for planting in this state. Currently we are taking mail orders for Spring Flowering Bulbs, including our wide range of tulips, allium and narcissus. We publish a fully illustrated, twice-yearly, on-line catalogue listing what is available and customers can register to receive an e-mail notification when a new edition of the catalogue is published. All bulbs supplied are the same high quality as those which we grow on ourselves to produce our prize winning displays and are competitively priced. We always supply the top sized bulbs which are available. We offer some hard-to-find varieties and others which are exclusive to us in the UK. Our ‘shopping list’ facility allows you to browse the complete catalogue and earmark the items you are interested in. The completed order form can then be checked before proceeding to the ‘checkout’ where you can make a secure, on-line credit card transaction. We will acknowledge your order initially before following up with a confirmation that your order is available and ready for despatch. We can also help you in your choice and answer any questions you may have. Collecting your Order Orders may be collected from the nursery by prior arrangement, or, if you are visiting any of the shows we are attending (see Show Diary 2008) you may pre-pay for your order and collect it from us on the day. In these cases, no delivery charge will apply. Delivery Very small orders are despatched via Royal Mail first class 'signed for' service. All other orders are sent by City Link courier for delivery before 5.30pm on the following day. Despatch days are normally Monday to Thursday. We do not usually despatch on Fridays to avoid bulbs being left stored in unsuitable conditions over weekends. City Link do not deliver on Saturdays, nor do they leave goods unsigned for without prior instructions from us (and at your risk). Please advise us of any particular delivery instructions when placing your order. It is important that the delivery address you supply to us includes a full postcode. Please note: Our delivery charges are based on customers in the UK mainland only. An additional charge may apply to Scottish Islands and Isles of Man and Wight, and Northern Ireland. We are also happy to supply bulbs for other EU Countries, Please ask for a quote. If the delivery address you provide us with is either incorrect or incomplete, (as happens very occasionally), and we incur additional delivery charges, we reserve the right to recover these from you.
